Broadband Installation & Support Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure broadband connections at customer premises.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to connectivity, routers, and modems.
• Provide on-site and remote customer support as needed.
• Coordinate with the backend technical team for escalations.
• Maintain daily logs and ensure timely ticket closure.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Diploma in IT or Networking preferred.
