Job summary

Atria Convergence Technologies Ltd. is recruiting a Network Engineer – Installation to manage end-to-end deployment activities for new connections in the designated service area.

You will work closely with customers, field technicians, and the deployment team to ensure timely activation and high-quality service. The role requires hands-on experience with network devices (modems, routers, ONTs) and strong customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• Must have degree, diploma/ITI, 10th & PUC in any discipline.
• 1–5 years of work experience.
• Hands-on experience in installation and troubleshooting of network equipment.
• Experience in customer service and interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform site surveys to assess installation requirements.
• Install and configure network equipment (modems, routers, ONTs) at customer premises.
• Ensure timely activation of new services and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Educate customers on the use of services and equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on network elements to ensure optimal performance.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of network infrastructure and configurations.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the installation and service activation process.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in all field activities.
• Report any safety hazards or concerns to the Team Leader.
• Follow established processes and procedures for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Identify areas for improvement in the deployment/installation process.
• Provide feedback to management on potential solutions to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.

Function Name : Deployment

Purpose of the Role:

The Deployment Engineer is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient installation and activation of new customer connections, as well as maintaining the network infrastructure in the designated area.
