Brand Strategist / Assistant Brand Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-ownership marketer who can connect brand, product, performance, and social into one tight growth engine. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, driven, and enjoys turning ideas into shipped campaigns. What You’ll Do
Performance x Brand
- Partner with the marketing team to translate brand ideas into cost-efficient performance creatives.
- Identify and collaborate end-to-end with external agencies and creators.
- Discover new opportunities for brand integrations and high-impact collaborations.
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Conduct consumer research to understand user behavior and market insights.
- Shape brand narratives, define value propositions, and ensure messaging hierarchy across touchpoints.
Go-To-Market (GTM)
- Lead GTM strategy for new features and benefits with clear ICPs, hooks, and channel mixes.
- Write briefs and align creative, product, and performance teams to one execution plan.
- Support in strategizing and executing campaigns across channels.
Content & Social
- Build and drive the social calendar across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Manage creator collaborations and UGC loops to build sustained engagement.
- Work with external agencies to drive brand consistency and customer engagement.
Partnerships & Integrations
- Identify and negotiate high-ROI brand, merchant, and creator partnerships.
- Build co-marketing plans and measure lift across awareness, leads, and activation.
- Manage agencies, freelancers, budgets, timelines, and creative QA.
You Have
- 5-6 years of experience in brand or marketing roles; fintech or startup experience is a plus.
- Proven ownership of 360° campaigns and strong creative judgment.
- A very strong sense of strategy and brand thinking.
- Strong writing skills, clear deck-making ability, and confident stakeholder management.
- Understanding of the creator economy, PR-first stunts, and social-first ideas.
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Clear communication, bias for action, and willingness to experiment.
