Job summary

Schbang in Mumbai is seeking a proactive account professional to collaborate with the account planning team and craft effective campaign strategies. You will serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs, while maintaining accurate client records and budgeting for the brand.

You will synthesize information across teams, brainstorm on brand communications, create monthly content calendars, and contribute creative ideas.

• Interact with the account planning team to devise campaign strategies.
• Act as main contact for client concerns and needs.
• Maintain accurate client records including finances for the brand.
• Synthesize information and coordinate with multiple teams; optimize systems and processes.
• Contribute to brand communication/strategy through brainstorming and ideas.
• Create monthly content calendars based on approved strategy.
• Generate concepts and copies for daily hygiene and BAU content.
• Provide monthly/weekly reports to management and clients.
• Stay updated on social media trends and apply insights to creative ideation.

Interacting with the account planning team and devising an appropriate campaign strategy.

• Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs.
• Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of finances on the brand.
• Synthesise information and communicate with various teams and be highly organised, whilst optimising systems and processes.
• Brainstorming and contributing to the Account Team’s efforts on brand communication/strategy for the client.
• Sharing creative input on ideas and campaigns.
• Creating monthly content calendars basis the approved strategy.
• Come up with concepts and copies for daily hygiene and BAU content.
• Monthly/ Weekly report to the Management/ Client regarding the account’s activities
• Daily research along with the Jr. Brand Solutions strategist regarding social media platform updates and trends and synthesise them to use in creative ideation with the design and creative teams
• Presenting ideas to the clients effectively with minimal supervision from senior management.
• Adhering and meeting the timelines as set by the client and ensuring quality work is delivered.
• Understanding of the consumer and delivering relevant content which in turn drives success for the brand.
• Maintaining Job Status Report (JSRs) in order to ensure the work for the brands is synced well within the team and the work is executed in a timely manner.
