Job summary

Schbang in Mumbai is seeking a senior client lead to translate business goals into digital strategies. You’ll collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Media, Influencer, Content and Production teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive growth.

With 7+ years in a digital/creative agency, you will manage client relationships, budgets and P&Ls while mentoring teams and turning challenges into scalable solutions for brands. This role rewards commercial acumen, curiosity and a hands-on approach.

Job description

The role is a mix of client management, problem-solving, business growth and digital-first thinking. You’ll work closely with Creative, Strategy, Media, Influencer, Content and Production teams to build solutions for brands across the digital ecosystem.

What you’ll be doing:

• Understanding business objectives and translating them into actionable briefs
• Working with cross-functional teams to take ideas from brief to execution
• Leading client presentations, reviews and pitches
• Managing budgets, timelines, scopes and account P&Ls
• Tracking account performance, KPIs and overall business growth
• Mentoring and managing teams while building strong ways of working
• Develop and drive digital-first and social-first solutions across campaigns, content, influencer, media and other relevant platforms.
• Work closely with Creative and Strategy teams to turn business problems into interesting, culturally relevant brand solutions.
• Lead ideation and solutioning for campaigns, launches, social properties, digital activations and pitches.
• Keep a pulse on social platforms, internet culture, creators, trends and emerging digital behaviours and identify opportunities for brands to participate meaningfully.
• Ensure solutions are not just creatively strong but also relevant to the platform, audience and business objective.
• Collaborate with Media, Influencer, Content, Production and other specialist teams to build integrated solutions.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 7+ years of experience, preferably in a digital/creative advertising agency
• Has handled digital/social-first brands and integrated campaigns
• Is strong at client management and stakeholder management
• Understands social media, content, influencers, digital marketing and the larger digital ecosystem
• Has a strong commercial mindset and knows how to grow accounts
• Can comfortably move between a client conversation and an internal brainstorm
• Is comfortable managing budgets, P&Ls and multiple projects
• Has experience managing/mentoring a team
• Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is digitally curious, commercially sharp and knows how to turn a problem into a solution.
