About the Role

Can you write stories that build trust and ads that drive conversions?

We’re looking for a Brand & Performance Copywriter who can combine creative storytelling with performance-driven thinking. You’ll create compelling brand content, video ad scripts, Meta ad copy, and static creatives that connect with audiences and turn attention into action.

You’ll work closely with our brand, creative, and performance marketing teams to develop ideas, test creatives, and improve messaging based on audience insights and campaign results.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Ads: Write conversion-focused meta-ad video scripts, Meta ad copies, headlines, CTAs, and static creatives for Performance marketing.
• Hooks & Storytelling: Develop attention-grabbing hooks and engaging narratives that capture attention, build trust, and drive action.
• Brand Communication: Create relatable brand stories, campaign concepts, social media content, and messaging that maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Audience Research: Understand our target audience, especially people aged 40+, including their needs, motivations, pain points, objections, and behaviours.
• Creative Formats: Write for UGC, testimonials, expert-led videos, founder-led ads, educational content, promotional creatives, and emerging ad formats.
• Creative Testing: Develop multiple variations of hooks, scripts, copy, and messaging to test different creative angles.
• Performance Analysis: Work with the performance marketing team to understand metrics such as Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and use insights to improve creatives.
• Research & Ideation: Study competitor ads, market trends, current running formats, customer feedback, and successful campaigns to identify new opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with designers, video editors, creators, production team and marketers to take ideas from concept to execution.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, brand communication, performance marketing creatives, and video scriptwriting.
• Hands-on experience writing paid ad scripts and copy for Meta Ads .
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling, direct-response copywriting, hooks, and consumer psychology.
• Ability to balance brand voice with conversion-focused messaging.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and how to adapt communication for different age groups and awareness levels.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics and creative testing.
• Strong research, writing, and creative ideation skills.
• A portfolio showcasing brand campaigns, video scripts, paid ad copy, or other relevant work.

Good to have: Experience in health, wellness, fitness, D2C, or subscription-based businesses.
