Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
• MBA/PGDM in marketing preferred.
• 5+ years in brand/marketing roles with real estate exposure is advantageous.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand strategy for real estate projects and marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, real estate project marketing, and integrated marketing campaigns for a leading real estate developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive brand positioning and marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Manage end-to-end project marketing, from pre-launch to post-launch.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, outdoor, print, PR, and events.
• Manage creative, media, and digital agencies.
• Develop marketing collaterals, campaign strategies, and customer propositions.
• Track campaign performance, lead quality, marketing ROI, and budgets.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Business Development, and senior management.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing creativity, content, research, and campaign effectiveness.

Candidate Profile:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in brand and marketing roles.
• Strong exposure to project launches, brand positioning, and integrated campaigns.
• Excellent agency management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools is desirable.
