Job summary

Freelancer is seeking an experienced Brand Manager & Digital Marketing professional to strengthen our brand presence, support the Sales team, and manage digital marketing and social media activities.

The role requires 5-6 years of experience in Brand Management, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Communications, with strong knowledge of social media, content creation, and branding. FMCG or D2C exposure is preferred; Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in Brand Management / Digital Marketing / Marketing Communications.
• Experience in marketing collateral development and Sales support.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen brand identity and communication.
• Plan and execute brand campaigns, B2B Campaign, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Develop brochures, catalogues, presentations, product sheets, sales decks, and other marketing collaterals to support the sales team.
• Manage LinkedIn and other social media platforms, including content planning and regular posting.
• Create and coordinate social media content, creatives, videos, reels, podcast, and banners.
• Support product sampling and marketing activities for the Sales team.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, agencies, and other vendors.
• Maintain the social media content calendar and track engagement/performance.
• Support D2C and digital brand-building initiatives.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG, Food, Nutraceutical, Wellness, or D2C brands will be preferred.

Qualification on Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, MBA, or a related field.
