Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants seeks an experienced brand activation professional to develop and execute activation strategies aligned with marketing objectives. The role includes planning BTL campaigns, retail activations, and experiential initiatives to drive consumer engagement.

You will monitor campaign performance, analyze consumer insights, and collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful activations across retail channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand activation, trade marketing.
• Understanding of consumer behavior, retail marketing & channel activation.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors & different teams.
