Job summary

Hindco Recruitment Consultants in Jaipur seeks a seasoned brand activation professional to develop and execute strategies aligned with objectives. You will plan and manage BTL campaigns, retail activations, promotions and experiential marketing initiatives, driving engagement at the point of purchase.

You'll monitor campaign performance, analyze consumer insights and collaborate with agencies, vendors and cross-functional teams to optimize activation programs across retail channels in India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in brand activation and trade marketing.
• Understanding of consumer behavior, retail marketing and channel activation.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors and cross-functional teams.
