Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. in Lucknow is seeking a dynamic business development professional to drive customer acquisition for Micro LAP and gold-backed secured loans.

You will identify micro markets, empanel referral partners, and generate leads through cold calling and planned daily activities. You will nurture partnerships, manage the customer journey, provide doorstep service, and support end-to-end loan processing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify new micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and Gold backed loans.
• Generate leads and conduct cold calls; daily sales calls as per plan.
• Nurture relationships with referral partners and act as liaison between customers and branch.
• Provide doorstep service and support end-to-end loan processing.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers.
• Be the face of Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. in the assigned area.

Job description

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors

Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business

• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
