Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. seeks a proactive Business Development professional to drive customer acquisition in Visakhapatnam.

You will identify micro markets, empanel quality referral partners and scale Micro LAP and gold-backed secured loan products, while delivering doorstep service to customers. You will nurture partnerships, activate referral networks, and manage the end-to-end loan process, acting as the bridge between customers and the branch while supporting collections and cross-selling

Responsibilities

• Identify micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and gold-backed secured loans.
• Find, nurture and develop relationships with referral partners / connectors.
• Activate referral partners and manage the customer journey through sales championships.
• Provide doorstep service to customers at residence or office and act as the bridge between customers and the branch.
• Learn the organization's policies and process files as per policy; support end-to-end loan processing.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers to safeguard property, health and life.
• Be the face of Muthoot Fincorp for the assigned area.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors

Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business

• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
