Job summary

Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition in Tirupati and surrounding areas. You will identify micro markets, empanel referral partners, and generate leads for Micro LAP and gold-backed loans, while delivering doorstep service.

Key duties include managing the customer journey, nurturing partnerships, supporting end-to-end loan processing, and cross-selling insurance to loan customers. Fluency in local language and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Identify micro markets and empanel referral partners to scale Micro LAP and gold-backed loans.
• Nurture and develop strong relationships with referral partners.
• Make cold calls and generate lead flow daily.
• Activate doorstep service for customers at home or office.
• Bridge between customers and the branch; support end-to-end loan processing.
• Manage soft bucket collections and early mortality; promote insurance to loan customers.

Responsibilities

• Find micro markets and empanel partners to grow Micro LAP and Gold loans.
• Generate leads through daily sales calls and field visits.
• Provide doorstep service and maintain customer relationships.
• Support end-to-end loan processing and act as liaison with Branch.
• Cross-sell insurance to loan customers.

Deliver on Customer Acquisition through business development

• To find new micro markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up Micro LAP business & Gold backed secured business loan (Suvarna)
• Work in the Area assigned by the Branch Business Manager and generate leads
• Cold Calling to the potential customer base to generate business
• Daily Sales Calls as per the Plan submitted to BBM
• To find, nurture and develop excellent relationship with the Referral Partners / Connectors

Managing the customer journey through sales championship, process championship and product championship To Activate Referral Partners for new business

• To give doorstep service to customers – at their residence or office.
• To learn the Organization’s policies, and source files as per the policy.
• To Act as the Eyes & Ears of the Organization while working in the Market for new opportunities, information and sharing them to Branch Business Manager
• To Support the Customers in terms of end -to- end loan processing.
• To act as the Bridge between Customers and the Branch
• To be responsible for the Soft Bucket collections, Early mortality and 12 MOB Fresh Sourcing.
• To Cross Sell Insurance effectively to the loan customers to safeguard their Property, Health & Life.
• To Be the Face of SULB Muthoot Fincorp for the Area Assigned for Working.
