Job summary

Mintskill HR Solutions LLP is seeking an experienced Branch Sales Leader with a background in Liabilities products like CASA and Corporate Salary. You will drive sales, cross-sell third-party products such as MF and insurance, and manage a large team of Assistant Managers to hit branch targets.

You will organize lead generation activities, guide the team on quality service, and ensure RBI RBI KYC compliance before forwarding opening forms.

Qualifications

• Experience of team handling preferably of Liabilities products like CASA/Corporate Salary and cross-selling targets.
• Good understanding of selling non-deposit products including MF and insurance.
• Must recruit and train team, organize lead generation activities, and maintain service quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the productivity and morale of Assistant Managers reporting into the Branch Sales Manager.
• Mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts and drive numbers and value.
• Recruit and train the team regularly and organize lead generation activities for the branch.
• Be the single point of contact for grievances and support on important customer calls.
• Ensure compliance with RBI RBI KYC norms and document requirements for new accounts.

Job description

• Experience of team handling preferably of Liabilities products like CASA/Corporate Salary
  
• Sale of non-deposit products. Cross-selling targets progressively.
  
• Sale of MF and insurance products.
  
• Manage the productivity and morale of Assistant Managers reporting into the Branch Sales Manager.
  
• Mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts
  
• Drive numbers and value
  
• Recruit and train the team members regularly
  
• Organize various lead generation activities for his/her branch
  
• One point of contact for the TM in case of any grievance from the customer’s side
  
• Go along with the team members on calls while meeting some important customers.
  
• Ensure that the quality of services is maintained as per the standards set.
  
• Ensure that the defined parameters for opening of a new account are met in terms of documents collected, IP cheque.
  
• Ensure that the team members are properly guided on adherence to the requirements as per the KYC norms as prescribed by RBI and satisfy that these are satisfied before forwarding the Account Opening Forms to RPCs for processing
  
• Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading , Demat Accounts etc through the Sales Channel.
  
• Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.
  
• Responsible forleading a large Sales Channel comprising ofTeam Leaders and Sales Executives and ensuringRecruitment, Training, Retention and Mentoring of Sales teams.
  
• Experience in handling large team.
  

Requirements

• Graduate preferably Management Graduate

• Leadership skills (Though more tactical than strategic).
  

Note:

• Need candidates only from Banking background are preferred.
  
• Stability: Min 2 years either in current job or previous job.
