Job summary

Webplus is hiring a Hardcore Field Sales professional in Delhi to visit markets, engage with DSAs and clients, and close loans across MSME, home, and project financing.

The role involves regular market visits, onboarding of partners, and achieving monthly revenue targets, with coordination across sales, credit, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate business through DSAs, channel partners, CAs, and direct clients.
• Conduct regular visits to DSAs, clients, CA firms, market associations, industrial areas, and business establishments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs and referral partners.
• Identify and onboard new DSAs, agents, and referral associates.
• Source business loans: MSME loan, CC limit, LAP, home loan, project finance, and other loan proposals.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and bank policies to clients.
• Collect customer documents and ensure complete file submission.
• Coordinate with telecallers, credit team, and operations team for processing.
• Follow up with customers for pending documents and requirements.
• Maintain daily visit reports, DSA meeting reports, and business pipeline MIS.
• Achieve monthly business sourcing and revenue targets.
• Attend training sessions and implement company sales strategies.
• Maintain professional relationships with bank managers and branch officials.
• Represent Loan Experts India in the market and promote company services.
