Job summary

SBI General Insurance in Davanagere seeks an experienced professional to manage end-to-end branch operations, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service. You will coordinate policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and servicing requests within defined TAT.

You will also oversee backend operations for data entry, reporting, and regulatory compliance, implement efficiency improvements, and lead a team to meet business goals while supporting channel partners and agents.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of experience in banking or financial services with focus on branch operations or insurance operations.
• Knowledge of General Insurance products and operational processes.
• Strong understanding of backend operations, including data entry, reporting, and compliance procedures.
• Excellent leadership skills to manage teams toward common goals.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for documentation purposes.
