GIPS Consultancy in Pune invites a performance-driven Branch Manager to lead a team and drive profitability by acquiring HNI clients into the Preferred program and delivering superior customer experiences.

The role also covers owning branch objectives, supervising operations, and achieving targets through effective cross-selling of CASA, Demat, and Credit Card products in a fast-paced banking environment. You will mentor staff, monitor KPIs, and ensure compliance with banking norms.
