The role requires exercising independent judgment in daily decisions, enforcing company policies, and ensuring adherence to procedures. You will lead service, sales, admin, and financial processes, with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships and staff performance.

• Direct all operational aspects including Sales, Service, Parts, Accounts, Operations & Admin.

• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that drive growth.
• Share knowledge with other branches and HQ on best practices and opportunities.
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
• Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with regulations/laws.
• Network to improve branch and company presence and reputation.
• Stay informed about market movement and penetration; report findings.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills and demonstrate proven branch management.

Role & responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the position:

The Branch Manager manages the branch operation to ensure that it functions effectively and efficiently to maximise profitability while maintaining the highest level of service. The Branch Manager is required to exercise independent judgment, making the majority of daily decisions regarding the operation. The Branch Manager is clear about authority provided within the role, and has the judgment and maturity to gain support and approval from a higher level when that is required. All duties and service provision will be completed in accordance with established operational procedures and company policies.

Tasks to be performed to meet the responsibilities:

• Direct all operational aspects including Sales, Service, Parts, Accounts,Operations& Admin.
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately
• Bring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
