Job summary

The Investment Trust of India (ITI) invites applications for a role focused on the administration and daily operation of a full-service branch. You will drive business development, onboard customers, and work to achieve sales targets while leading daily team huddles and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities include coordinating monthly activity calendars, monitoring daily sales reports, and ensuring timely closures of OTC and PDD, with a focus on customer relationship management and branch growth.

• Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including lending, product sales, customer service
• Enhance and contribute in the growth of the company through Business Development
• Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales.
• Prepare and review monthly activity calendar of activities for RO/RM/SM.
• Ensure proper on-boarding of all new customers acquired
• Conduct daily morning huddles to discuss daily plan and agenda for employees
• Maintain customer relationship through sourcing and on-boarding process
• Monitor DSR (Daily Sales report) on a regular basis
• Mentor/Guide new joinees as well as existing branch employees.
• Timely Closure of OTC and PDD.
