Surjit Hire Purchase in Prayagraj is looking for a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets, and guide the branch team to improve performance.

You will generate new business through dealers, DSAs and other channels, ensure proper customer verification and loan documentation, monitor collections and defaults, and coordinate with Head Office for regular reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the overall activities of the branch.
• Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
• Handle and guide the branch team to improve performance.
• Generate new business through dealers, DSAs, and other channels.
• Manage customer relationships and resolve customer complaints.
• Monitor daily collections and overdue cases.
• Maintain good portfolio quality and control loan defaults.
• Ensure proper customer verification and loan documentation.
• Monitor team performance and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with the Head Office and submit regular reports.
• Ensure smooth branch operations and customer service.
