Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a Branch Manager Retail / Affordable HL & LAP in India. The role focuses on driving Affordable HL, LAP and Micro-LAP business, achieving disbursal targets, and coordinating with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

You will generate business through DSAs, connectors, and referral partners, while leading a sales team to meet targets and ensuring branch operations, portfolio quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-10+ years in Banking/NBFC.
• Strong knowledge of HL, LAP and secured lending products.
• Experience in team handling, business development and channel management.
• Strong local market knowledge and communication skills.
