Job summary

Allied Resource Management Servicesindia is seeking a proactive business development professional to drive IFM services in Sanand, Ahmedabad and surrounding industrial zones. You will generate and nurture leads, build relationships with industrial plants, warehouses and offices, and coordinate RFQs and proposals.

Responsibilities include client meetings, negotiations, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and cross-selling facility services.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IFM services in Sanand, Ahmedabad and surrounding industrial areas.
• Generate leads through direct market visits, networking, references, existing client relationships and industry contacts. Develop relationships with industrial plants, manufacturing companies, warehouses, logistics companies, corporate offices and commercial establishments.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate preparation of RFQs, technical proposals, commercial proposals, cost sheets, manpower deployment plans and Scope of Work.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and commercial negotiations. Follow up on submitted quotations and ensure timely closure of opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
• Explore cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for IFM, housekeeping, security, manpower, mechanized cleaning and other facility services.
• Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and local business trend
