Security and Intelligence Services (SIS) invites applications for the position of Branch Manager in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on branch growth, P&L ownership, and driving revenue targets across operations, HR, finance and sales with strategic planning and steady leadership.

The candidate should have 7–10 years of experience, strong communication, and a background in facility or service industries, familiar with ERP systems and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Preferably from Facility or Service industry.
• Understanding of Operations, Client management, Team management and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Grow the branch and achieve ABP targets.
• Head business operations with P&L responsibility and meet sales/revenue targets.
• Set up/transition new business including mobilization and training a professional team.
• Achieve targeted financial results and budget deliverables for HR, Finance, Operations and Sales.
• Lead planning cycles: annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, monthly forecasts, weekly sales flash reports.
• Coordinate with functions to resolve operational/strategic challenges.
• Engage in business development through government and PSU sectors.

Designation: Branch Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for growth of the Branch and achieving the ABP Targets.
• Responsible for Heading business operations with P&L responsibility and realizing pre-planned sales/business development and revenue targets. Strategic Planning, Yearly
• Responsible for successfully set-up / transitioned new business namely, mobilization process, including training a professional team to help the business achieve desired goals.
• Responsible for achieving the targeted financial results of business as well as the budgeted deliverables for HR, Finance, Operations and Sales.
• Lead all the planning cycles (Annual Budgeting, Quarterly Forecasts, Monthly forecasts, Weekly Sales Flash Reports, etc.) with utmost care, high level of accuracy and thorough understanding of the business dynamics.
• Able to coordinate with different functions/ business stakeholders to solve various operational / strategic level challenges faced by the organization
• Various Business development activities through Account management in the Govt. & PSU sectors
