Job summary

Jyothi Facility Management is seeking an experienced IFMS Manager to oversee operations across Karnataka & Hyderabad. The role focuses on branch performance, client management, and financial control, with hands-on responsibility for both hard and soft services in multi-site environments.

We expect 8+ years in IFM, with leadership exposure to enterprise clients. This onsite role requires a results-driven leader capable of driving revenue growth, renewals, and strict compliance across contracts.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering / Facility Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
• 8+ years of IFM experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong exposure to multi-site operations and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch performance including operations, client management, and financial control.
• Manage hard services (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety) and soft services (Housekeeping, Security, F&B, Landscaping).
• Ensure service excellence, profitability, and long-term client retention across IFM contracts.
• Lead end-to-end IFM operations across multiple client sites (soft & hard services).
• Own branch P&L, budgeting, cost control, billing, and collections.
• Manage manpower planning, productivity, and team performance.
• Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and risk mitigation.

Oversee "Hard Services" (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Safety) and "Soft Services" (Housekeeping, Security, F&B, Landscaping).
The role ensures service excellence, profitability, and long-term client retention across IFM contracts.
Lead end-to-end IFM operations across multiple client sites (soft & hard services).
Ensure SLA, KPI, and contract compliance with high service quality.
Act as the primary escalation point for key clients and ensure satisfaction.
Drive revenue growth, renewals, and scope expansion.
Own branch P&L;, budgeting, cost control, billing, and collections.
Manage manpower planning, productivity, and team performance.
Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and risk mitigation.
