• Maintain operational hygiene: cash/vault control, EOD, documentation and record keeping.
• Achieve strong audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches.
• Plan manpower, coach and review staff; run performance and succession routines.
• Monitor P&L levers (yields, fees, cost-to-income) and execute corrective actions.
