CSB Bank is seeking an experienced banking professional for a leadership role in Agra district. The position emphasizes driving liabilities and assets growth, customer relationships, and high audit readiness.

A strong focus on KYC/AML adherence, risk control, and building a high-performing team is essential. The role requires 6–12 years of experience (including team leadership) and a track record of achieving profitability targets across CASA, term deposits, loans and priority banking products.

Formación

• 6–12 years of experience in banking with team leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in delivering CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth.
• Ability to drive service excellence and promote digital adoption.
• Strong audit/compliance knowledge (KYC/AML) and risk control.
• People management, coaching and succession planning.
• Monitor yields, fees and cost-to-income; take corrective actions.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth and profitability
• Drive service excellence, ensure quick grievance closure, and promote digital adoption
• Maintain operational hygiene: cash/vault control, EOD, documentation and record keeping
• Achieve strong audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches
• Plan manpower, coach and review staff; run performance and succession routines
• Monitor PL levers (yields, fees, cost-to-income) and execute corrective actions.
