Job Purpose

Lead branch operations to drive profitability, ensure compliance, and deliver superior customer experience. Achieve business growth through target achievement, portfolio enhancement, and crosssell initiatives while managing team productivity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Target Achievement

• Deliver income and contribution targets.
• Achieve incremental CASA growth.
• Drive portfolio expansion and enhance cross-sell ratios.
• Promote and cross-sell products including Demat, Credit Cards, and Insurance.

2. Program & Channel Management

• Supervise revenue-generating roles and programs.
• Meet channel objectives and cross-sell targets.
• Ensure effective HNW portfolio management and service delivery.

3. Complaints & Customer Management

• Ensure adherence to the branch sales model.
• Handle customer complaints with timely resolution.
• Control attrition and grow existing customer portfolios.
• Organize customer meets and feedback sessions.

4. People Management

• Motivate staff to achieve productivity benchmarks.
• Provide training on products, processes, and operational skills.
• Monitor team morale, performance, and turnover.

5. Review & Control

• Review vault, cash, key registers, and branch controls.
• Ensure complete adherence to banking regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor audit ratings and correct operational deviations.
• Conduct periodic reviews against branch objectives.
