Job summary

CSB Bank Jaipur is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead growth in deposits, loans, and services at our Jaipur branch. You will manage customer relationships, governance and service delivery to achieve profitability and a superior customer experience.

You will coach staff, ensure KYC/AML compliance, monitor branch performance, and implement digital banking initiatives. The role demands 6–12 years of leadership, a graduate degree, and MBA preferred, with a strong focus on risk controls

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in CASA, Term Deposits, Assets, and Third-Party Products while ensuring profitability and portfolio quality.
• Develop and deepen customer relationships to improve acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and overall business performance.
• Ensure delivery of superior customer service standards, timely grievance resolution, and adoption of digital banking solutions.
• Monitor branch profitability, revenue streams, yields, fee income, and cost efficiency and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Maintain operational excellence through effective management of cash, vault operations, documentation, reconciliations, and branch controls.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to enhance productivity, service quality, and business performance.
• Monitor performance against business targets and implement action plans to achieve branch objectives.
• Drive succession planning, employee engagement, and capability development initiatives within the branch.
