• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements
• Authorize and verify system inputs for customer transactions and service requests (SO/SDO/RO)
• Manage branch lobby and customer queues to enhance service delivery
• Handle cash operations, including FX and travellers cheques, within prescribed limits
• Address and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times
• Ensure AML and KYC compliance for all account opening forms submitted to CPC/RPC
