Branch Manager Key Responsibilities

Marketing: Conduct local marketing, seminars, school/college visits and promotional activities.
Operations: Manage daily branch operations, infrastructure, logistics, administration and SOP compliance.
Student & Academic: Ensure smooth academic delivery, student satisfaction and resolve parent/student concerns.
Team Management: Hire, train, motivate and monitor counselors, admin and academic teams.
Reporting & Performance: Track admissions, revenue and performance metrics; prepare reports and take corrective actions.
