Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations including infrastructure, staff, logistics, and administration.
• Ensure smooth delivery of academic programs and adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards.
• Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure timely class delivery and student satisfaction.
• Address student/parent concerns, feedback, and grievances professionally.
• Conduct periodic reviews of academic performance and suggest improvements.
• Achieve branch targets related to admissions, revenue, and student retention.
• Conduct local marketing, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities.
• Convert leads to enrollments through effective counseling and follow-up.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff including counselors, admin staff, and faculty (if required).
• Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Maintain and analyze branch performance data - admissions, revenue, student feedback; send regular reports to regional/central office.
• Take corrective actions based on business performance metrics.
