Role Description The Branch Manager role at Ed-Hoc International is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirur. The Branch Manager oversees day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient delivery of student counseling and admissions services while maintaining high standards of customer experience. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the branch team, setting and tracking performance targets, and ensuring adherence to company processes and compliance requirements. The role involves building relationships with students and families, guiding them through the overseas education journey, and coordinating with central and international teams for admissions, visas, and associated services. The Branch Manager also drives local marketing initiatives, manages budgets, prepares regular reports, and contributes to business growth in the Tirur region.
Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills to guide and support branch staff.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills for engaging with students, families, and institutional partners.
• Proven ability in operations management, planning, and problem-solving to ensure smooth branch functioning.
• Business development and local marketing skills to drive student enrollments and brand visibility.
• Sound understanding of overseas education processes, admissions, and student counseling (experience in education consultancy is an advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an added benefit.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or student management systems; strong organizational and reporting skills.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
