Butter Story is seeking an Inventory & Store Operations professional in Lucknow responsible for end-to-end inventory control, store administration, and ERP-based record keeping. The role involves coordinating procurement, production, and logistics to ensure accurate stock levels and compliance with hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate will manage daily store activities, supervise a small team, and generate MIS reports, while maintaining FIFO/FEFO practices and adherence to SOPs.

Formación

• Experience in inventory management and store operations.
• Proficiency in ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO and warehouse practices.
• Team leadership and coordination abilities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with hygiene and safety standards (FSSAI) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inward and outward movement of dry store materials.
• Ensure proper storage of packaging materials, bakery ingredients, disposables, and consumables.
• Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for all inventory items.
• Conduct daily stock verification and periodic physical audits.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP/Excel systems.
• Verify GRN, invoices, challans, and delivery quantities.
• Ensure proper documentation for stock transfer and issuance.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams for material requirements.
• Maintain stock registers and inventory reports.
• Supervise store assistants and warehouse staff.
• Allocate daily work responsibilities and monitor productivity.
• Train team members on SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to FSSAI, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dry store area.
• Ensure materials are stored as per company SOPs and audit requirements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics teams, and outlet operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Highlight slow-moving, excess, or near-expiry inventory to management.
