Gyan Dairy in Lucknow is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accurate inventory records and stock levels.

You will lead storehouse staff, implement SOPs, monitor safety, and drive improvements using automation and data analysis to forecast needs and optimize ordering processes.

Formación

• 7–12 years of store/warehouse experience in Dairy/FMCG.
• Proven track record in inventory control and SOPs.
• Experience in leading store staff.
• Strong understanding of safety/compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and control stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile with system records.
• Supervise daily store operations and material handling/labeling.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and monitor safety/regulations.

• Develop and maintain SOPs for storehouse operations.
• Identify improvements in inventory management and forecasting.

Role & responsibilities :

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Supervise daily storehouse operations, including the handling, labelling, and organization of materials.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain the quality and safety of materials.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
• Lead, train, and develop storehouse staff.
• Identify and implement improvements in inventory management.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for storehouse operations.
• Utilize technology and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and stock movements.
• Prepare and present reports on inventory status, turnover, and discrepancies.
• Analyze inventory data to forecast future needs and adjust ordering processes accordingly.
• Ensure that materials received meet quality standards and specifications.
• Address and resolve issues related to damaged or defective goods.
• Implement quality control procedures for materials handling and storage.
