Job summary

Skillventory is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive Gold Loan sales across branches, market channels and DSAs in Surat. The role focuses on expanding the DSA/connector network, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliant, quality sourcing.

The candidate will coordinate with credit, operations and collections to ensure smooth disbursement and timely MIS reporting, while identifying market opportunities and competitors to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in gold loan sales or secured lending.
• Proven ability to manage channel partners including DSAs/connectors.
• Strong relationship building with customers and partners, achieving revenue targets.

• Drive Gold Loan sales through branch, open market, DSA, connectors and other channels.
• Achieve monthly/annual sales and disbursement targets.
• Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Manage and expand the DSA/Connector network.
• Ensure quality sourcing and adherence to company credit & compliance policies.
• Coordinate with credit, operations and collections teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Track branch/individual performance and prepare regular MIS.
• Identify market opportunities and competitor activities to improve business.
• Ensure customer acquisition, retention and cross‑selling of relevant products.
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve business targets
