Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 3+ years as Branch Manager/Sales Manager in mortgage/financial services.
• Proven ability to manage sales teams and hit targets.
• Strong understanding of mortgage/financial services industry.

Job Summary:

The Branch Manager - Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the branch, focusing on DSA recruitment, productivity management, and maintaining a high-quality portfolio. The role requires strong leadership skills, effective team management, and a commitment to achieving targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth. Branch Manager reports to Zonal Sales Manager.

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment of Direct Sales Agents (DSA) to ensure the branch is staffed with capable and motivated individuals.
• Manage the productivity of DSAs, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales targets.
• Maintain the Turnaround Time (TAT) of files, ensuring all processes are completed efficiently and within the designated time frames.
• Achieve branch sales targets through strategic planning and effective execution of marketing activities.
• Establish new tie-ups with builders to expand the branchs market presence and customer base.
• Maintain the quality of the branchs portfolio, focusing on customer retention and minimizing delinquencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager/Sales Manager in a similar role, preferably in Prime players like LIC HFL, Can Fin HFL, PNB HFL, Tata HFL, IIFL, Repco etc.
• Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
