The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in Life Insurance sales and 2–3 years in branch leadership, with proven experience in direct marketing channels and a strong focus

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Life Insurance sales.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Team Manager/Branch Manager handling a sizeable sales team.
• Experience should be exclusively in Life Insurance companies.
• Proven experience in managing direct marketing/direct sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 8 FLS professionals.
• Drive branch-level sales and revenue targets through direct marketing channels.
