Job summary

Thehirewings in India is seeking a Branch Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, sales and business development, driving loan disbursement and portfolio growth to meet revenue targets.

You will lead and motivate the Sales/Relationship team, generate new business through direct sales, DSAs, referrals and local market activities, and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners while ensuring compliance and timely loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, sales and business development activities.
• Drive loan disbursement, portfolio growth and revenue targets for the branch.
• Lead, manage and motivate the Sales/Relationship team to achieve targets.
• Generate new business through direct sales, DSA/DST channels, referrals and local market activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, DSAs, channel partners and local business networks.
• Monitor the complete loan process including lead generation, login, documentation, approval and disbursement.
• Track branch performance through MIS and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC, documentation, credit and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor portfolio quality, collections and delinquency in coordination with relevant teams.
• Identify market opportunities and support expansion of the branch customer base.
