You will oversee client acquisition, promote broking and investment products such as equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs and bonds, and drive cross‑selling while maintaining audit readiness and strict KYC/AML controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–10 years in branch management or senior roles in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, broking products, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and trading account activation across equities and derivatives.
• Develop local market strategies to grow branch revenue and profitability; own targets.
• Lead, mentor, and train branch staff; conduct reviews.
• Build relationships with retail and HNI clients and drive cross-selling.
• Ensure branch operations and compliance with SEBI/NSE/BSE, including KYC/AML and audits.
• Monitor trading activity and margin adherence; coordinate with HO on risk and operations.
• Prepare MIS and liaison with compliance, risk, and operations teams.

About the Role:

We're looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a team in the broking and investment services space — overseeing everything from client acquisition to regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition and trading account activation; promote equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, and bonds
• Develop local market strategies to grow branch revenue and profitability; own monthly/annual targets
• Lead, mentor, and set performance targets for branch staff; conduct reviews and training
• Build and manage relationships with retail and HNI clients; handle escalations and drive cross-selling
• Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE regulations, including KYC/AML and audit readiness
• Monitor trading activity, client exposure, and margin adherence to prevent unauthorized trading.
• Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with HO compliance, risk, and operations teams
