Trinity Skill Works in India seeks a seasoned Branch Manager to lead operations across Bangalore, Dharwad, Bijapur and Bagalkot. You will manage Relationship Managers and staff, drive monthly targets, and build HNI and corporate client relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk controls.

You will mentor teams, resolve client issues, monitor performance, and report to the Regional Manager, delivering cost-efficient branch performance and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Markets / Stock Broking / Financial Services.
Strong knowledge of capital market operations and investment products.
Proven experience in branch management, business development, and target achievement.
Strong exposure to HNI and Corporate client acquisition and relationship management.
Excellent team-handling and leadership skills.
Good understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and lead Relationship Managers, Dealers, and branch staff to ensure smooth branch operations.
Achieve monthly business targets across products and monitor performance against benchmarks.
Focus on acquiring and developing relationships with HNI and Corporate clients.
Conduct regular client meetings, understand requirements, and provide suitable financial solutions.
Analyze branch performance and identify areas for business improvement.
Motivate, guide, and train team members to improve productivity and target achievement.
Handle client grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Minimize trade errors and implement proper risk-management practices, including debit and debit collection.
Ensure smooth and cost-efficient branch operations, including Pay-In and Pay-Out activities.
Monitor individual employee performance against assigned monthly targets.
Conduct regular team meetings and share market updates and business priorities.
Report branch activities and performance to the Regional Manager.
