Arting Digital Private Limited is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager (Stock Broking/Financial Services) in Bharuch, Gujarat. You will lead branch operations, drive revenue growth, and manage a team within the broking and investment services space, covering client acquisition to regulatory compliance.

With 6–10 years of relevant experience, you will oversee acquisition, trading activity, and client relationships, ensuring adherence to KYC/AML norms and SEBI/NSE/BSE guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in branch management within stock broking or financial services.
• Experience in regulatory compliance (KYC/AML) and SEBI/NSE/BSE guidelines.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong client handling and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new client acquisition and trading account activation; promote equities, derivatives, mutual funds, IPOs, and bonds.
• Develop local market strategies to grow branch revenue and profitability; own monthly/annual targets.
• Lead, mentor, and set performance targets for branch staff; conduct reviews and training.
• Build and manage relationships with retail and HNI clients; handle escalations and drive cross-selling.
• Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE regulations, including KYC/AML and audit readiness.
• Monitor trading activity, client exposure, and margin adherence to prevent unauthorized trading.
• Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with HO compliance, risk, and operations teams.
