Reputable stock broking company seeking a Branch Manager to oversee business development, marketing, operations, risk management, collections, and staff management across multiple branches in Ahmedabad and surrounding locations. Salary up to 6.00 LPA.

Qualifications

• B.Com or MBA in Marketing / Finance / Any Graduate
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the manufacturing or finance industry

• Knowledge of financial markets, regulations, and brokerage services

Responsibilities

• Acquire HNI and ultra-HNI clients through networking, databases, referrals, and organization-assigned leads.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of branch employees, fostering independence in daily operations.
• Execute branch strategies, provide proactive feedback, and review team performance.
• Resolve client and team queries, delivering solutions within defined timelines.
• Plan and evaluate marketing and promotional activities, utilizing AMCs, TPDs, depositories, exchanges, and community resources to enhance visibility and grow client base.
• Support business associates with operational matters; grow the network of sub-brokers and channel partners.
• Use evaluation methods to provide regular feedback on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis.
• Promote knowledge and skill development through research conferences, reading, certifications (e.g., NISM), and professional training.
• Develop a motivated, collaborative team environment and act as a mentor.
• Handle administrative functions: vendor management, bill payments, voucher submission, office decorum, petty cash, and attendance.
