Job Requirements :

• 9-15 years of experience in banca or BFSI sales, preferably in an agency channel role.
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of success in life insurance sales or similar fields.
• Strong understanding of banking products such as credit cards, loans, deposits etc., as well as knowledge of general insurance policies (health, motor etc.).
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
