Job summary

Veerwal Getwork Services is seeking an experienced Life Insurance sales leader to manage the branch sales team and drive monthly and quarterly targets. You will steer direct channel life insurance sales, acquire new customers, set targets, and monitor daily performance.

You will recruit, train, and develop team members, conduct regular reviews, uphold compliance, generate reports, and build strong customer relationships to ensure a positive experience and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 48 years of experience in Life Insurance / BFSI Sales.
• Branch management and team handling experience.
• Strong experience in Direct Channel Sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the branch sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Drive Direct Channel Life Insurance sales and new customer acquisition.
• Set sales targets for the team and monitor daily performance.
• Generate leads and ensure effective lead distribution and conversion.
• Monitor team productivity, sales pipeline and policy issuance.
