Job summary

The Muthoot Group is offering a 6-month internship as a Branch Internship Gold Loan Executive. Location: Nearest branch to your home within a 5km to 10km radius. You will assist with day-to-day Gold Loan operations and data entry, while delivering friendly customer service.

During the internship you’ll receive a stipend. Upon successful completion, you can be promoted to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE). This role provides hands-on banking experience and potential fast-track growth.

• Branch Gold Operations: assist with day-to-day Gold Loan operations and backend data entry.
• Customer Service: handle customer queries and maintain client relationships.
• Sales & Marketing: support the team in finding new clients and promoting local activities.

Salary & Compensation

During Internship: Stipend based

Post-Internship Promotion (Full-Time): ₹2.50 LPA to ₹2.92 LPA (Up to ₹3.00 LPA including performance variables and branch bonuses)

Eligibility

• Education: Graduate Freshers (Any degree)
• Batch: Passed out between 2023 and 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Gold Operations: Assist with day-to-day Gold Loan operations and administrative data entry and Backend Followups.
• Customer Service: Handle customer queries and maintain good client relationships.
• Sales & Marketing: Support the team in finding new clients, retaining existing ones, and running local promotional activities through inhouse Calls
