• Manage end-to-end gold loan documentation.
• Execute and monitor the complete gold loan process.
• Ensure custody, safety and management of gold loan assets.
• Oversee vault operations, including keys and storage controls.
• Conduct follow-ups, renewals and loan closures.
• Ensure secure gold handling during renewal and closure.
• Possess working knowledge of gold valuation.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
• Maintain bookkeeping records and basic accounting entries.
• Ensure process adherence, compliance and operational controls.
