Job summary

apna.co is offering a Branch Internship for a Gold Loan Executive role at a location near you. The 6-month stipend-based program aims to train you in branch operations and customer service, with a clear path to promotion to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE) on successful completion.

During the internship you receive a stipend of ₹12,300–₹14,000 per month, and post-internship the role can grow to ₹2.50–₹3.00 LPA including performance bonuses.

• Education: Graduate Freshers (Any degree).
• Batch: Passed out between 2023 and 2026.
• Skills: Strong communication in your local/regional language and a friendly, customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Branch Gold Operations: Assist with day-to-day Gold Loan operations and administrative data entry and Backend Followups.
• Customer Service: Handle customer queries and maintain good client relationships.
• Sales & Marketing: Support the team in finding new clients, retaining existing ones, and running local promotional activities through inhouse Calls

Career Growth: Successfully complete the 6-month internship to get promoted to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE).

Salary & Compensation During Internship: Stipend based 12,300 To 14,000 Duration 6 months

Post-Internship Promotion (Full-Time): ₹2.50 LPA to ₹2.92 LPA (Up to ₹3.00 LPA including performance variables and branch bonuses)
