Job summary

The Muthoot Group is offering a 6-month Branch Internship as a Gold Loan Executive. Stipend-based during internship, with a potential transition to Junior Relationship Executive (JRE) on successful completion.

Location is the nearest branch within a 5km–10km radius of your home, enabling practical banking exposure and customer-service experience. Eligibility includes Graduate Freshers from any degree with strong local-language communication.

Responsibilities

• Branch Gold Operations: Assist with day-to-day Gold Loan operations and data entry/back-end follow-ups.
• Customer Service: Handle customer queries and maintain good client relationships.
• Sales & Marketing: Support the team in finding new clients and local promotions.

Salary & Compensation During Internship: Stipend based 12,300 To 14,000 Duration 6 months

Post-Internship Promotion (Full-Time): ₹2.50 LPA to ₹2.92 LPA (Up to ₹3.00 LPA including performance variables and branch bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

• Branch Gold Operations: Assist with day-to-day Gold Loan operations and administrative data entry and Backend Followups.
• Customer Service: Handle customer queries and maintain good client relationships.
• Sales & Marketing: Support the team in finding new clients, retaining existing ones, and running local promotional activities through inhouse Calls
