Responsibilities

• Drive Gold Loan business growth by acquiring new customers and increasing branch portfolio.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets for disbursement, revenue, and profitability.
• Manage end-to-end branch operations including customer servicing, documentation, and loan processing.
• Lead, coach, and motivate branch employees to enhance productivity and performance.
• Ensure accurate valuation of pledged gold through effective supervision of valuation activities.
• Monitor branch portfolio quality, collections, and overdue accounts to maintain healthy asset quality.
• Develop local market penetration strategies and build strong relationships with customers, traders, and influencers.
• Conduct field visits and customer interactions to generate business opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, audit standards, and company policies.
• Monitor branch cash management, security procedures, and safe custody of pledged ornaments.
• Analyze branch performance metrics and initiate corrective actions to improve productivity and profitability.
