Job summary

Mannil Exim (opc) invites applications for a Relationship Executive role focused on Gold Loan and financial services in Attingal and nearby locations. You will handle walk-in customers, assess financial needs, generate new gold loan business through branch leads, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive renewal and cross-sell opportunities.

The role requires graduates, freshers welcome, and prior experience in gold loan, banking, NBFC, insurance or sales will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Malayalam communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in customers and understand their financial requirements.
• Generate new Gold Loan business through branch leads, referrals, customer follow-ups and local market activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat/renewal business.
• Assist customers with Gold Loan processing, documentation and related branch activities.
• Follow up with customers for interest servicing, renewals and other requirements.
• Cross-sell products including Insurance, Gold Coins, CCD and other allied financial products.
• Support branch-level sales, customer service and local marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and required documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, KYC and operational procedures.
• Work with the Branch Manager and team to achieve business and customer-service objectives.
